This was our first beef processing and hands down, S & J took extremely great care of us. We went in, explaining no understanding on how slaughtering and cuts worked but they guided us with the utmost grace and professionalism. Our two beef were split between two families and everything ended equal very fair. Packaging is impressive! Soup bones are cut to manageable sizes and every last cut is consistent! We will be returning for round two. We got lucky with a last minute slot but will be securing our next beef slaughter much further in advance as the market is simply just busy. Appreciate our experience and highly recommend! Thank you S & J!!!
